How to display additional data like drop down in header navigation

I want to add drop down in the right-side of header navigation.

Looks like IX navigation component not supporting additional data to display apart from logo and application name.

Kindly suggest how to proceed further.

This is not possible at the moment but currently we are already working on a solution. This will be part of the upcoming releases.
